After spending a few days in Novi Sad for Serbia Fashion Week, Esmee (@luxblog.nl) and I had one full day to explore Belgrade. We were lucky to have met met sweet blogger Ana (@anavranjes.blogspot) during Fashion Week, she was so nice to offer to show us around town.
Belgrade was kind of what I expected from Serbia. It was a grey moody day, but that didn’t spoiled the fun. The touristy high light of the day was seeing the cathedral Saint Sava, the biggest orthodox church in the world.
I didn’t bring my camera with me on this trip. So enjoy one day in Belgrade through my iphone lens!

We stayed at 4 stars Hotel Heritage. A modern new hotel.
Address: Mije Kovačevića 7, Beograd 11000, Servië
The city center
A beautiful city center with lots of shops, great architecture and creative art.
A quick round at Kalemegdan Park, part of the Fortress. We did a little photoshoot here for our blogs. Due to the rain we decided to go back, so we didn’t make it to the Fortress.
Restaurant Toro Latin Gastrobar
Ana brought us to her favorite hotspot to have lunch. The shrimp tapas dish is highly recommended here!!
We ended the day at Cathedral Saint Sava, one of the biggest Orthodox church in the world. It’s such an impressive building that is worth your visit 100%!
