Time flies when you are having fun. Tokyo (Fashion week) is already over for me and I have enjoyed every second of it! I have attended 5 fashion shows in 3 days and between these shows we squished in some time to see a bit more of Tokyo. I am sad to leave Tokyo already, there is so much more that I would love to do, see and eat in this amazing capital of Japan. I am positive that we will be back to continue our adventure some day.
In the mean time I have plenty of photos and stories to share with you. Since every day was packed with shows and touristy activities, it left me all exhausted by the end of the day. I only managed to reply to some urgent emails at night before my eyes were completely shut. Bare with me for the lack of articles, it will be back to normal very soon. In the mean time I am super active on instagram, so if you miss me too much you can find me there ;)
We know that Japan is well known for their extravagant unique style, especially in Tokyo. It’s a culture build to express their inner individuality and creativity. I have never seen a place like this before, where you can easily snap thousands of pictures a day for street style. Nothing is too crazy or weird enough and I can appreciate this culture like no other. How nice is it to dress up like whatever you feel like with no boundaries and walking around freely without judging eyes!
I figured Tokyo Fashion Week would be the perfect place to introduce these red Heel up feathers. I wanted to be a part of their extravagant culture; even if it is for this tiny winy bit!
Okay, to be honest I can never win this game from the profs there, however I did manage to shake up some surprised responses with it. These feathers were very different than anything they are used to and I was very proud to be the ambassador of this amazing product.
With Heel up you can easily accessorize your current heels and magically turn them into a whole new pair of shoes. There are many different styles to choose from, so make sure you check them all out on their webshop: www.heelup.nl (shipping world wide).
Furthermore, I kept it sophisticated like a lady, with the colors in black, grey and golden details. I think this look was perfect to kick off this fashion week!
By the way, these photos were taken at the busiest intersection of Tokyo. It sure was a challenge to make them and I hope I wasn’t too annoying. I just wanted to show a typical Tokyo backdrop. Succeeded?
