Dior is in my top 5 bucket list brand to work with. So you can imagine how thrilled I was when I received this press package from Dior beauty. I heard many great stories about the creative and image director of all Dior Make up, Peter Philips. Since his arrival, I got so excited to try Dior make up again.
First of all, the packaging is too die for. I'm such a sucker for beautiful packaging. But I have also tested the products and it feels pretty amazing ladies. The smell (of the foundation) is also really nice. I haven't been excited for a make up line in a while and I can't wait to try out more Dior make up in the future.
The collection is available from June 15th.
Dior face & body foundation
This product is super handy with a bottle that is perfect for traveling and really easy to dose. This face & body foundation is the base of the collection with 40(!) different shades, allowing everyone to find their color. I love that the light texture is like the BB cremes that I normally use, very light and hydrating, yet build-able for more coverage with layers. You can still see my freckles when I use this foundation but it covers the imperfections with a healthy glowy finish.
Rumours has it that Meghan Markle's make up artist used this foundation on her at their wedding!
Dior lip palette
With 9 colors in this palette, I can always find a natural tint on my lips. You can use a lip pencil to apply the color, but I prefer to tap it on my lips with my finger tip.
The first row of the palette is sheer, the second row is satin and the third row is matte.
Dior face glow high lighter palette
I think this palette is my favorite of them all. I daily use every single color of this palette to give me that extra glow. The first row I use as a high lighter above my cheek bones and the second row I mix it as a blush.
