The day before a trip is always hectic. I planned a few last minute appointments today, did some work and then was time to pack. I suppose to do my taxes today, but I can barely keep my eyes opennow (2am). I will set my alarm at 7.30am, fingers crossed I get things done before the flight. Okay, I am going to check-in my flight and then off to bed. Next diary post I will be in Malta!!

That time of the week again! It was a hard week to stick to my diet with the Squad gals weekend en family time. That always seems to be my excuse week after week.
Although I lost a minimum weight this week, I want to be much prouder the next time after my travels the coming 2 weeks.
I am going to do my best to give you great news at my next visit :)

It seems to be my second home Stach. I have been here 3 times already in one week. It’s located logistically perfect with many tram lines stopping here.
And everything is really easy to eat and delicious. So I probably will be here soon again ;)

— Chicken curry with a lot of vegetables —
This dish is super easy to prep and you can add as many vegetables as you want. For my Newfysic diet I can eat as much veggies as I want, so I try to do it as much as possible.Just read on the curry package what you have to do. I always add much more ingredients to it, like the vegetables and mushrooms. You can also replace the meat with tofu.
What’s this version of the curry:
Cocounut milk light 0,25L: Bon Coco <– This one is light!
Yellow curry: Lobo (Any curry will do)
brown rice (this one is for lazy people like me, just put it in the microwave for 2 minutes :))
